Ranch Policy and Procedures

We ask that a $50.00 deposit be received from you at the time you make your reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. You are also welcome to send your deposit by way of “snail mail” to:

This deposit will be put toward your total bill and be deducted at the time of departure, providing no damage has occurred during your stay. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the start of the reservation period, we will be glad to refund your money. Cancellation received fewer than 7 days before the reservation period will forfeit the entire deposit. Voice-mail cancellations are not acceptable.

Check-in times will be arranged between 3:00 and 9:00 pm. Please call if you are running early or late and cannot make the arranged check-in time. Late check-in arrangements can be made with prior notice. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
